Early Orthodontic Treatment
Ages 6-10 Years Old

Because your child deserves the best!

That's why we make sure your child receives only the best quality care. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that every child be evaluated by an Orthodontist by the age of 7. Early detection and treatment of some problems gives your child the edge: a much better chance for normal and natural development.

For the past several years, our practice has used early two-phase treatment to not only gain space to avoid removal of permanent teeth, but also to broaden constricted dental arches so that a "movie star" smile can be achieved. This is accomplished by the use of various "expanders" as well as braces. When used properly these devices will:

1. Make enough room so that permanent teeth do not need to be removed.
2. Ensure that the patient develops the most pleasing face possible.
3. Assist the orthodontist is creating a beautiful, natural smile.
4. Eliminate the use of headgear.

Pre-Teen & Teen Orthodontic Treatment
Ages 11-15 Years Old

Having braces has never been easier. Years ago, it took several appointments to put all the braces on. The braces themselves were large and bulky and easily broken. Today, we can place an entire set of braces on your teeth in as little as 60 to 90 minutes. The braces are small and much stronger and less noticeable than ever. If you really want to have very subtle braces, clear ceramic brackets are available: the choice is yours.

Adult Orthodontic Treatment
